Infront of the residensi suria pantai had two type of apartment. Low Cost & Medium Cost. Medium Cost is Apartment Pantai Indah Phase 1. asking price is RM340k at least for this apartment because this area is high demand despite of others talk shit about it.

soon there will be another one service condo and half of town view of residensi suria pantai will be block by that apartment. and if you go to ICE galery u will notice in few years later they will build skyscraper and no more what you so called low cost flat.

please don't just made assumption by what they have right now, you need consider what they will provide and upgrade for future. in 90's .. bangsar south just a forest and now you see what they are..hotel, mall, corporate office, F&B.

residensi suria pantai only take 5minute to go to bangsar south with car and peak hour at least 10minute.

half of town view is the view facing carpark or the view facing forest? they plan to build estimate how high?

forest view is the one facing carpark la brother, town view you can see kl view if your got upper floor. but like im saying town view beside NPE will be block by another one building if i'm not mistaken service condo.

estimate high i'm not sure but what ive been told they will facing each other. not too close yet not too far.. like Kondo Rakyat facing Saville @ The Park bangsar i guess.

cemetry is not closed as your imagination. the closer one is Masjid Al - Khadijah & islamic Centre which is in progress this one yeah can see cemetry. why you should afraid with cemetry? im not see the problem there.. if you muslim its good for you to remember u can die anytime soon everytime you saw the cemetry what. if you are not muslim its also good because why you got scared by muslim cemetry.?

in ICE Gallery so far not have any building at the back of Residensi Suria Pantai but 10 - 20 years later who knows. u should remember if Residensi surrounded with building market price will be up .. now you buy rm247k after 20years - 30 years mybe up to rm600k. just take a look at bank document how much they go to the max price.. thats the estimate price will go to after years.
