what I want to know is

1. Is there any reason DBKL WONT approved yr transfer AFTER moratorium lapsed? am talking abt bumi to bumi, non bumi to non bumi transactions.

2. have you clarified with UEM that Kiara Kasih is DEFINITELY FREEHOLD WITHOUT RESTRICTION?

yes I agree that in general, FH property easier to sell than LH.....but stop spreading lie about DBKL will block your sale just becos its LH and its affordable housing.

my relative managed to buy LOW COST apartment lishold also with no problem, as long as all conditions met.

if your objective is buy affordable housing bumi lot and easier to sell to non bumi bcos its FH, good luck in your venture.

from your language, you are trying to say dbkl will block your sale if LH and also said what 1 yr or more to get consent. WHY you need to say this? have you bought LH affordable housing and it took 1 yr or more to get consent?

Everybody know FH is easier to sell than LH. easier doesnt mean it applies to all category of housing.

have you hear of a case when a bumi bought a subsale FH property in melaka and later found that authority has stamped a bumi lot into his land title? Meaning from now on he can only sell to bumi even FH?

You can only rent out yr rumawip to local BUT if you were to transfer to interstate.

The Federal Territories Ministry will allow owners under
the Federal Territories Affordable Housing (Rumawip) project to rent out their units, subject to certain conditions.

Its Minister Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor said among the ‘conditions’ under consideration concerned owners who are transferred to another state after purchasing the housing unit.

“We understand the predicament faced and do not want to burden Rumawip buyers. For instance, if they were transferred to Sarawak, the unit can be rented out as it cannot be left vacant.

“However, they can only rent out their unit to locals and this matter will be monitored by the Joint Management Body (JMB). Legal action will be taken if they fail to comply,” he said after launching the “Rumawip Residensi Sentulmas” project and presenting its house keys here today.

I thought kasih kiara already fully sold. Why still need to hard sell?

He even encourage ppl buy for flip or rent.

Already mentioned....rumawip are not allowed to rent unless you have been transfered interstate and need dbkl approval and must rent to local in tis event.
