Sarri played 4-3-1-2 at Empoli and 4-3-3 at Napoli and Chelsea. So I would expect the same at Juve, a 4-3-3

At the base of the midfield he likes to use a Regista. Jorginho is obviously his favourite and one of the world's best. We might again see Pjanic being converted and deployed there. Sarri will then need a box to box like Allan at Napoli and a attacking minded central midfielder like Hamsik to make late runs into the box. So there is a high chance we will see Ramsey/Rabiot doing that Hamsik role. As for box to box we are being linked to Pogba or Nbombele. Or pogba will play in the hamsik role with Rabiot swtiching to the box to box. Whatever it is, Matuidi (he and khedira make good runs into the box but always cant finish to save their live), Can or Khedira will not be sufficient. They have high energy but are very slow and all have very poor technical abilities (passing and first touch and ball control and sometimes dribbling). They are Allegri type of players Sarri's midfielders need to be quick, high tempo and have great technical ability

Chelsea: Matteo Kovacic (attacking minded central mid), Jorginho (regista) and Ngolo Kante (box to box)
Napoli: Marek Hamsik (attacking minded central mid), Jorginho (regista) and Allan (box to box)
Potential Juve mid: Pogba/Ramsey/Rabiot (attacking minded central mid), Pjanic/Bentancur (converted regista) and Tanguy Ndombele/Rabiot/Matuidi/Sergej Milinkovic Savic (box to box)

So we should expect another one or two more midfielders coming in as the ones we have cant play sarri ball 

Upfront Dries Mertens was converted from a winger to a small size false 9. We might see Dybala doing that role or he gets sold for Icardi or Higuain might be used again. Left wing is CR7 without a doubt and right wing will be Bernadeschi or D Costa. Both should be playing angle balls to the far post for CR7 to poach just like how lorenzo igsigne did for jose callejon just that the positions and reversed. This will be a very interesting transfer window for us

but seeing that Pogba being linked with Real Madrid, i think he'll go there eventually. And he's not the same Pogba who was with Juve back then.
His "ego" now kinda suit more with Madrid instead of Juve

and seeing Sarri quote regarding Dybala & Douglas Costa, it seems like he's kinda fond of both players (again, the players that's not Allegri type - mercurial, skillful, technical etc)
Again like u said, Dybala might be playing Mertens role while Costa definitely gonna be Callejon's

Well good luck to Sarri. Probably will win his first league title after so long. I hope he can retain the Serie A with Juventus. Inter Milan with Antonio Conte might have a say on this though.
