to be honest im still traumatized for our UCL lost to RM last season, everythings was superb until the final. 3 finals since i followed juve, and we lost all. still remembered the lost to milan in penalties, then barca then RM. the last time we won was in 1996, im just 10 yrs old at the time and no nothing bout football clubs other the MU. im still waiting for the day i will celebrating us as champion of the champions. will this year be it i dont know, realistically i can only hope but moderately. the pain of losing last season hits me hard.

now the best way i see if we win this tournament is beating RM, then Bayern in semi and then Barca in the final. perfect revenge. i have grudge with these 3 laugh.gif forza Juve.

the bolded part, more like, everything going great for us, until the 2nd half in Cardiff. Juve look the better team in the first 45 minutes, even the pundit tipped that
Juve would score another and win the coveted trophy during the halftime break show.

and yeah, being the Big 3 in the same tournament would be a dream come true...but at this point i don't care who we beat as long as we win the UCL trophy laugh.gif

Alex Sandro now added to the injury list.

The injuries just keep piling up; I hope it's not serious and that we have a full strength team for the rest of the season. We still have Napoli, Inter, Milan, the Coppa Italia final and a few UCL games if we go that far.

add Khedira to that list too. Injured in a match vs Spain last night. Gosh one of the reason i hate the useless international matches in the middle of the season

and speaking about international friendlies, by the way of Italy playing...the 2-0 scoreline seems quite generous to em. 4-0 would've been proper..and then u realized its Messi-less Argentina...
seems like not getting to the World Cup might've been a blessing in disguise for the current 'average' Italian squad. I'd expect this team would AGAIN, bow out of group stages, like they did
in their previous World Cup tournament, if they had qualify for Russia 2018...

Just read that Khedira said it was a precautionary measure and that everything is OK now.

We have Milan this weekend then Real next week. I'm getting quite nervous now.

Bernadeschi definitely will not be back in time.

Also Man U wants to poach Douglas Costa and PSG aiming for Allegri?

you are slightly "lucky" compared to me. I watched Juve since 95. Watched 6 UCL lost 5. Won in 96, lost in 97,98,01,15,17. I wonder if I ever going to see Juve win the UCL again cry.gif

at least u experiencde we won ucl in 1996 bro, i havent. sad.gif believe me if i say i'll cried if we won the next time, the question is when is the next time. i do believe in our squad, the quality and and the manager. allegri really shows his quality in leading out team. altho i love conte, but with allegri our European championship is much better. but somehow i dont have that ''feel'' we will win in the near future. i thought it was last season, i believed last year is that year. the journey from beginning till that first half is like a dream. really devastated bro. bangwall.gif

yeap, unlike u guys who way earlier... i'd being Juve supporters back in 1998/99 IIRC...so imagine, the final i'd watch live (2003, 2015, 2017) all ended up losing. The bitterest came in 2017 due to circumstances.

2003 - Nedved yellow card still bemused me..i'd hate McManaman to this day
2015 - unexpected we get into the final, the lost was hurt..but its expected
2017 - all signs pointing toward us winning the first UCL since 1996..but u guys knew the rest...

and yes, the question is not only "if", but "when"...

2003 still remembered nedved yellow card, really feel stupid to be suspended because of it. it was against madrid right, then final against milan, lost the penalty demmit.
2015 yup, really dont expect we reached the final, but it was my dream final against barca, but their attacking power prove very superior.
2017 just wtf.

to be honest i think we dont have that ''ucl luck" like others. or myb european luck. last season, it was sux to see some fan brag regarding pogba moved to MU, says something like we won ucl but pogba in europa, but end up pogba won the europa, we end up crushing the final. also teams like liverpool, real madrid and once milan, these teams somehow performed in the big matches. for team like bayern n barca, i'll they won with pure strength. well some will argue bout barca with their uefa favor ism.

Any thoughts on Asamoah leaving?

It sounded as though Marotta tried to keep him but he wanted to leave for Inter.

i think we will have problems with our fullbacks left and right come this summer:

- di siglio (DR) reliable in performance unreliable in physical fitness. Gets injured frequently
- lichsteiner (DR) old and is already one foot out the door
- alex sandro (DL) performance has dropped compared to last season. Probably got his head turned by Chelsea, PSG or Man Utd. High chance he is leaving
- asabob (DL) back to his reliable self but unfortunately not willing to sign a new contract. He is as good as gone

Next season:

- di siglio (DR)
- we will need one more right back thats for sure. Either put all the faith in di sigilio being our first choice or get a quality first choice right back. So its either Man Utd reject Matteo Darmian as sub or a quality right back doh.gif
- alex sandro?? (DL) 50 50 chance of him staying
- leonardo spinnazola (DL) is not first choice material. if alex sandro is gone we need to buy another quality full back but one the left side as well

We look very light on full back options

9 finals, 7 losses. We're an "unlucky" European team indeed..

out of all the team, he chose intermerda? I'd rather he went to Galatasaray...or anywhere else but there..

and i read Bellerin from Arsenal might be an option for fullbacks next season too. Him & Costa on the right flank..its like we're having both The Flash & Kid Flash on our team laugh.gif

on a side note

Spain dismantling the same team whose dismantled Italy

i doubt Spain would beat Italy 6-1, as bad as Italy currently..their defense are still better than the Argentina, but heck, we would have a one-sided match if Spain were to meet Italy right now

and talking about Italy, just watched the England-Italy match last night...my gosh, Italy's attack, toothless & cringe-worthy. If this same team qualified for Russia 2018,
they would surely bow out of group stage like they did in previous 2 tournament..

Immobile is the big fish in a small pond. I would even rank him forth behind Belotti,Balo and even Cutrone

Parolo is like looking at a pondan on the field

Heck, dollarumma is so bad with the ball at his feet and he's not even a great GK. All the hype lolol

MDS is a very solid RB, Spina is not too bad. Honestly I would trade La Joya for SMS. Our MF is too thin and easily getting destroyed.

and then Italy fans(other than Juve fans) keep on pusing for coach to drop Gigi Buffon...when a 40 years old Gigi are better than all the current Italian goalies, even Dollaruma

I'd give him a benefit out the doubt, as he can still improve bcoz of his young age

ya. i rank belotti, balo and cutrone ahead of him too. parolo laugh.gif

trade la joya for SMS? Why not have both biggrin.gif wink.gif if we wish to win the CL we need more world class players and not gain one lose one. like that we forever cannot bridge the gap with the top 3 clubs like real, barca or fc bayern thumbup.gif

It'll be almost impossible, bro. We will always sell and buy. But, of coz I hope SMS can come while Dybala is staying

And maybe we can get Pellegrini as well. I'm dreaming a mid trio of Pjanic, SMS and Fabinho

Haha, 1 can dream right? Lolol

LOL. There's a poll whether juve fans would cheer/jeer that sucker.

I chose the former. This guy didn't deserve any respect. He got all
that was coming for him last night by the way he left the team

And Napoli drawn against Sassuolo. I wonder what excuse Sarri gonna
bring on the table this time..

And yes, can't wait for the tie against Madrid

Some of u might not believe when i'd say this...there's a part of me wished he would score against Juve 2 nights ago(which he did) and then stopped himself from celebrating that goal, like Gotze did against Dortmund a few years ago(but unfortunately, he didn't). Imagined the amount of respect he'll get from Juve fans if he did that.

The rest was history, from now on, as a person, i wished all the best for Bonny and his family, but as a footballer, i hope he never win anything, starting from the upcoming Coppa Italia.
