Apparently in August according to SA from his training sessions. Probably looking to trade in after 3-4 years (hybrid has 8 year warranty on the battery), not sure will there be a good resale value then or even a market for hybrids.

But will definitely have a look at toyota. Had a 2010 Rav4 Vanguard, it is boring but the way things/buttons are setup works, or has some common sense. Not like button for wipers on left hand side (eg proton x70). Anything could happen next few months that might affect supply chain.

So it was hrv / cx30 or crv. Ruled out cx-5 bcoz of the fuel consumption.

For crv 2.0 offer, it's RM1K from honda and around 3k from SA. Found a dark olive unit ready stock last week with zero discount, decided to pass though. Will be traveling to sg next month to take a look at the new Hrv before deciding.

Essentially, means if you want your car before July 1st,then most likely they will offer RM1 rebate atmost. But I'm expecting SA to bump up their cash rebate once tax exemption is over to boost their sales. So price difference before and after 1st July might not be too big after all.

My mum current hrv has terrible ride comfort and suspension. That's why I'm not keen to commit to hrv until I can test drive the car

Anyway, back to mazda. I was told as long as your make your booking before 1st July, you will be entitled for tax exemption regardless of when you receive your car.

as for HRV.... after 3-4 years its quite normal for those issue that your mon is having.. i having the same issue as well

as for Mazda only CKD unit get 100% from what i saw. CBU unit only 50%

The spec is consistent with existing info but the pricing is lower than what I expected.

I would think at least RM10K more with SST. But if it is true, the E spec at RM110K is really tempting.

Wow. the estimated price is interesting. If its really between 100k - 128k , its gonna sell like hot cakes

I read the comments at YT and YS Khong mentioned the price is included SST since car can only be deliver after June. Even so is estimate with SST for now and I expect additional 5%-10% on final pricing, it still price very competitively. Confirm alot booking

Today I walk in into nearby Honda showroom at my office area. As heard from other agents too, most of Honda models don’t have ex stock and delivery lead time 1-2 months easily, seem further rebate quite impossible. I am look at new HRV too but I no hurry in getting car, so it is best to submit my documents for bank pre-approve loan while waiting for another 6 months? Initially I planned to get new car next year instead.

Already booked my wife’s car - it’s open for booking today at 10am. Taking V spec coz RS is hybrid and I don’t like Honda’s hybrid implementation.

In any case, the Honda Malaysia HRV video is also out. Still need to wait for final price + official launch tho

Booking thru the Honda app?
As heard from agent that the release may earliest August, latest December.

Booked through SA a few months ago, and today they submitted officially on Honda Platform.

Earliest is July, latest is September. Definitely will launch & start delivery in Q3 2022

my SA also just do the booking thru Honda Malaysia with the same screenshot also.
But I demand for year 2023 car as I no hurry to getting it and believe no rebate on year 2022 new launched HRV.

Definitely no HM rebate, but maybe some discount by SA. If you want to take in 2023, most likely need to wait for CNY promo for discount.

What version are you taking? S, E, V or RS?

I don't expecting a discount but I much concern on the value of the car between 2022 and 2023

Most probably V, maybe E. I prefer leather seat with blind spot monitoring (lane watch)
But I don't want power seat, it's simply a waste of money as I don't adjust the seat even once every month.
