Any idea on the infotainment system?

My main concern is that whether the base 1.5L non-turbo version be underpowered and hence less fuel efficient

you should definitely go try first if i were you. Tested the cross hybrid last week, performance wise good but design yawn.gif as usual dull for toyota

Test drive the CRV, then the late model HRV (i think 2017 model). Felt the CRV is for more mature/older uncle. HRV seems more 'fun' to drive. I saw the 2018 Vezel before, felt the build quality wasn't that good. But this time, hope the new vezel/hrv 2022 is better.

Yes toyota is boring, i guess comes with peace of mind that its reliable, it works. Also considering late model rx350 or rx450h. But will test drive the cross hybrid this weekend. heard the waiting list around 5-7 months long.

Quality wise IMO its really poor compare to Toyota. Seems like Honda are famous with bad panel gaps at least the current HRV model. Other than that after 3-4 years you can start hearing sound from the car. Did the SA told you when you will expecting to get the car?

As for cross waiting time yes the SA told me at least 6months (went to 2 different branch both say the same thing)

Going for the safer options which means only toyota or honda 😅 keen on mazda cx30 but rear seat is not comfortable.

Like you said, cross interior is dull and small. Almost similar to my current jazz. Crv sells me on the huge interior, huge centre console, seats with lumbar support, easier to maintain NA engine and price. Less than 140k for a crv is a steal lol.

yah mazda rear seat is definitely not comfortable no matter it is cx30 or even cx5. If you are looking for CRV i assume you will be comparing with CX-5 instead of CX30 actually haha

Did you manage to ask what is the current offer for CRV?
