may be because of your alternator belt loosen or time to replaced it. ask SC to check auto tensioner also

This is Tensioner bearing loose.. Same goes to my civic. I last week bring for checking and they order replacement for me. Next week will drop my car for the item replacement. Lucky warranty covered.

Guys just a quick check. What's the difference between the infortainnment of the E and V spec, apart from the screen size (6.8" vs 7").

Any functionality variance? I haven't had chance to walk in show room yet.

If you're hard wiring it then it will void. If only USB plug and play then it will not.

mine is E spec.
the 6.8 inch only have basic monocolour display doing nothing just display only, ..clock, radio, bluetooth etc ...not a touch screen.
if you want to see your reverse camera there, go for V spec.

bro, after you done your replacement, any improvement? the noise gone?

my apointment is next thursday, i plan to suggest them to check the tensioner bearing ...i can guess they will say "ini biasa", this is normal shit ... so, will get them to check again

After I change the noise gone much better. After a week my battery low can’t start, today just change new battery lol. No idea why I’m so unlucky.

yea bro, thanks for sharing. its true, SA said it is auto tensioner bearing loose. have to replace. luckily still got warranty, they will claim to honda and get it replaced FOC . phew ..

they going to order that item jn 2 weeks time the soonest

Mine out of 3 year warranty, and worst is I go to 2 SC all said no warranty based on the warranty book. One also checked with Honda Malaysia also said no warranty.

I email Honda Malaysia and so far no reply yet.

I think repair cost gonna be RM1. 5K

If repair outside half the price, but changing the Tensioner is not a walk in the park for the mechanic. I nightmare is if they break the socket screw attached to the block sad.gif

Now some more got brake Warning lite. Honda SC check and they only reset the code. Tell me if brake light lite, not to engage handbrake. Duh..

Just bought my new HRV last month and yesterday noticed noise from dashboard and the right mini speaker (driver side) no function well if i increase the sound volume.

Called to Honda service centre and they said need 1 day for checking...regret to buy this car now

Any clue how to mirror HRV head unit ?
I tried used mirror sharing with my Iphone but after hand brake lost the display gone, any without pass by the wire ?
