On another note, I submitted 1/3, they accepted 7/3, and in the e-lejar says 15/3 pulangan balik cukai. Maybank account still have not received the refund.

Well, some of us do since its normally LHDN will refund back within 2 weeks, but this year different. Afterall, its like waiting for salary also. only hope for the best.
