Bro....trust me..I got 3 mimosa in setia alam and everyday I get messags from sales agent they got the entire malaysia looking for mimosa and ready buyers...wouldn't be surprised if they say the PM is the ready buyer

it is up to the bank whether they want to increase valuation price or not. that mean banks are the main key factor in speculating the price

Bank can evaluate as much as they want..but trust me their evaluations doesnt make sense..based on what?

now just cus petrol increase..everything is increasing..do u think bank considers that factor in...tak de la bro..

Is it good idea to setup a message box for buyers to state their unit number and square feet and expected price..and let the list grow. .will be easier for buyers to see ..? Anybody agree?

siao meh....this medium cost apartment where got worth so much. Initial launch also below RM200K, and not yet complete also and you wan to sell at this price. Ppl might as well go and ballot for Mutiara which is max at RM250k only though.

biar la bro..mungkin marketing tactic OR trying luck...nasib ma..mimosa..got people trying to sell for 930k..so no surprise la bro
