tis 1 called eyrthrina-caffra. 3 storeys, built up circa 2500sqft.
shud b about rm800k.

yep, no more such apts from setia.

but... sunsuria has a plot just south of the setia apts.
shud be launching a few hundred units 5 storey walkup apts named ixora-rafflesia next year or so.
there was a website on this but they had since removed it.

lastly, according to the map, pkns has plans for tens of thousands more at the fringe.

when, who knows... maybe 5 yrs, 10 yrs time.

which plot, precisely?

if u mean the big empty plot between sunsuria and the highway, it belongs to setia, not pkns.

that one, wait 5-10 yrs, it shud be for setia mall part 2, part 3 and/or high priced condos/apts/shops - nothing firm, afaik. as gomen/ameno co., they can now sit on it 4ever...

setia alam after 8 yrs can't get good chicken rice and cheecheong fun, hope semenyih with many flippers can deliver.

the gdhse is part of the developer's plan.

since this is f&G n not g&g, it may be used as a real gdhse if and when enough residents form an assoc, sign doc and agree to pay to engage guards, etc.

if not, this sturcture may be deemed illegal eventually. in another precinct, there has been complaints by some hardass residents who dun wanna pay - complain to town council to have it torn down.

the truth is it is still there. the point is - the developer do something nice, as best as it can do within the plans. but a monority ahole residents can spoil everything. so, think about it!
