QUOTE(sbd @ Mar 28 2018, 11:50 AM) If you take to twitter Maxis officially says it allows migration from its Postpaid product to Hotlink so it's up to you to take it up with higher management. Once moved to prepaid you can then migrate to Flex. What you mean by Having said that, move to Flex only if you need no data or close to none. I moved from Digi Voice 38 to Flex 30. I could not finish my 1 gig data in 30 day with Digi but with Flex, 500mb already sapu in 4 days! Not that they are cheating, but they charge in block usage so even if you use a few bytes, there will be a minimum and smart phones of today with multiple apps do that a few hundred times... charge in block usage ? |

QUOTE(fairylord @ Jun 10 2018, 09:15 AM) Indeed Ookyo provides a super competitive plan. Maxis should have just made Ookyo plan a permanent feature of Hotlink Flex. It will be a huge hit. People who still prefer more and cheaper data can go for DiGi LiVE Prepaid. |

QUOTE(fairylord @ Jun 10 2018, 02:15 PM) Hehe, ookyo can be shut down if hotlink flex added these features. No point creating ookyo at first place then. That’s what I’m suggesting actually. To just shut down Ookyo and focus on making Hotlink Flex a competitive plan. To make more money, they can charge higher fee for extra data like what they are currently doing with Hotlink Flex. While Maxis is trying to market Hotlink Flex as if it is a hybrid plan (feature of Postpaid but with the flexibility of Prepaid), but it is actually a traditional Postpaid plan. Ookyo is the true hybrid call plan since one can only activate the number by paying using credit card or bank transfer via MaxisPay and is liable for tax while all add-on including the unlimited calls and SMS are tax-free and can be bought using Hotlink reload and the credit won’t expire as long as the number is valid. |
