The rental market is kind of gloomy every where and I doubt it will recover even 5 years from now.
If worried, why not try sub sale or auction units. At least you can gauge the return.

Was going thru the same. Quite irritating but not blaming those agents as well. Everyone one also cari makan.
Personally for me "Agents" are a no no. I don't feel comfortable and I deal directly with Banks.

As we have close to 700 registrations now, we do encourage our purchasers to pre-sign the SPA and loan docs to avoid any delay in the signing of the docs to make sure that they can get the free a/c. We expect the APDL to be ready by end of Oct, follow up loan status and signing SPA + LA for +- 500 units at one go will be a big challenge for us, that's the reason we start the signing now.

You're right that we haven't gotten our APDL and cannot sell. We are currently collecting registration of interest from the client on Aster, we don't even collect a single cent from the purchasers yet, we will only accept booking once we get our APDL. Well, if you don't feel comfortable doing all this now, just talk to us and we definitely will not force you to apply loan now.
