Agreed, for me personally I just need a discount considering how fast the value drops. Would have gone for it had there been a preorder discount, coupled with the Qoo10 voucher would have made it easier to dispose later.

Cause there's nothing new in this S9, not much of an upgrade from S8 apart from some improvements. The design is still the almost similar. Until they come out with some groundbreaking designs and changes to the device, which I have a feeling they are saving it for the X, then perhaps we will start seeing not enough stocks problems by then. haha!

SME knows their unit will still sell like hotcakes in Malaysia given by S8 and N8 record. Hence no pressure on them selling without freebies. If pre order suck then maybe they will counter during roadshow but some ppl saying pre order pun dah many SOLD OUT, so they already are in good business now
