if S series price as high as current Note, we can foresee samsung will jack up price for coming Note.. that is bad.. above 3.5k is already entering absurd price range for a smartphone, at that price could buy a full-fledged computer

Biggest upgrade is the finger print location.. Other than that looks similar like S8/S8+. Seems like a minor facelift rather than a proper upgrade, which they did from S6 to S7.

I’d settle for the same features of the S8+, with the addition of 2GB RAM, stereo speakers and a bigger battery. Oh, and that fingerprint scanner location, of course smile.gif

True. Did you know that Brighstar, Official distributor for Oneplus Malaysia actually delayed the stocks to Qoo10 sellers because the seller accepted prerorders with the Rm300 discounts. So buyers got their phones 2 week after launch and the sellers could not get new stocks anymore. Not sure if Samsung will do the same to their dealers this round.

Yea sounds like this is what S8 should have been. I wonder if it's enough to persuade S8 owners to upgrade?

For those who hold out longer and skipped the S8, this will be a good choice.
