UOB called back regarding my request for card cancellation, keep persuade to retain. Even I said I misplaced my card and they willing to replace

I received a call from a guy self proclaimed he was from UOB, and ask me if I am interested to get another card on top of my one card, yolo card and a lady card (which I am not using it at all). I was driving at that time I asked him to call me back and today I received a sms from uob saying that my card application was approved.

What should I do now?

And I checked my uob online I can see the approval 2 cards I am really sweat total 5 cards from UOB only used the one and yolo card and the three 3 just idle and they are all sharing the same 5k limit stupid bank
