Follow as the agent push to me another 2 cards and I don’t even bothered to activate it and for the sake of 5k credit limit I got 5 cards from uob alone

At the CS level they are not allowed to waive for your SST. Asked for card cancellation. The card retention team just called me up this morning and offered for SST waiver so I am keeping the cards for another year.

called customer service , she said that bigpay should not receive cash back as it is under financial services. To be safe, even though i have been receiving CB on Bigpay, suggest to stop topping up to bigpay  for CB, if not the CB will be at stake
