Anyone have tried to apply uob cc via the UOB Website form? I applied last week using the form (asked to upload ic,payslip etc) and until now have no news and update regarding it. Called CS, waited for almost 30 min then got hung up

I think for UOB1 card rebates of 0.2% were given as if min spend of RM500 not met.

Same here. Ex-citi and had no issue during migration and got all cashback correctly for the last few months. But this month statement totally no cashback (except the few cents CS267 thingy).

Anyone know the foreign exchange fee for UOB Visa CC?
Base on my calculation it is 2.2%, way higher than other bank I use.
Public bank 1.25%
Ambank 1%
This make the UOB Visa Infinite 8x points for overseas spend totally useless, after charging such a high fee.

Quick check with you guys/gals. UOB just charged me with annual fee on 1st Oct and on 2nd Oct, one of my Adidas refund completed and credited to the account. As a result, now the current account statement is overpaid.

I have requested annual fee waiver via automated phone call.

My question:
1. How long will it take for UOB to send SMS confirmation that AF is approved/rejected?
2. Can I still cancel the card in the event my AF waiver application got rejected? What will happen to the overpaid fund?

Anyone knows how do I cancel my UOB card

After the Citi migration my card can’t work at all.
Called fraud / customer service and they passed the call to cancellation team however it got dropped..
Informed my nearest branch they said HQ will return call but yet to have anything sigh

Damn no cashback this month...first time. I am former Citi Cashback to UOB One. Previous months all no issue.

For no cash back issue, is it mandatory to complain only then get it, or they will auto resolve within a few days usually?
