It is either I sent to a wrong email address or UOB is in a mess right now. I didn't even get an automatic replies since 04 Oct.

i can confirm uob do not send out email to confirm receiving ur emails recently.

Anyone still didn't get cashback for uob one card for Sept and October statement? I did chat with them last month,they say will reflect on this month statement,yet nothing on it  Already email them yesterday.

Just received a SMS from UOB. Guess the cashback calculation is still a mess.

how long does new ceedit card process? i was told it will take 2 years

UOB until now also hasn’t sent the replacement card for my previous Citibank card. Damn.

same here no signs of new card being deliver. I also notice few of my friend who are still using Citi cards so i guess nationwide still wait only..  . Meanwhile my other bank cards within 2-3days already in my mailbox for replacement or new add on card.

does citibank cashback card still giving cashbacks ?

Cashback calculation messed up 🤦‍♂️
My others category supposed to get 0.2% of my 2 month spending of almost 4K but I only got 5 sen
Anyone else issue with the 0.2% cashback for others

so u r getting above the cap but short of the actual cash back?
does the 0.02% apply to all category?
what is the 'other' 4k spending? could be falling under excluded transactions
one visa --> classic
one platinum visa --> platinum

My Uob One card being charged sst & Annual fee. (after charge sst&AF i no use the card)

Then i call cs to waive sst & AF and cut it. (really want to cut it)
Cs say will email to request waive, and wait for retention team.
But i login uob online already saw the card is missing.

Does it mean successful cut already with waived sst&AF?

already called up uob to replace my citibank clear card. until now still did not receive anything...

For non-platinum quite good ah, RM40 cashback with RM500 spend, nowadays where can get that? Reload RM100 to grab is easy, spend RM100 on petrol is easy, RM100 on dining/groceries depending on your normal practice should be doable also. Effectively 8% cashback or thereabouts.

if i get my statement on 17 nov, means I should spend total rm500 and rm100 for each CB category before 17 nov to get the cashback?

not sure why UOB gives cash rebate on 23rd of the month instead of statement date and worst of all, the cash rebate is based on current spending month. this makes the spending time frame extremely limited.

anybody experiencing the same issue?

Cant join the 3 year waiver campaign as im ex citibank card holder that recently got converted into UOB haha
