Wondering anyone has answer for this?

Saw there is an annual fee free 3years campaign for UOB cards in ringgitplus.
I am an existing citibank card user, am I considered existing UOB credit card user after my citi card is migrated to UOB in 15 July?  Or it is good as long as I apply the UOB card before 15 July?

I'm surprise UOB until now didn't send out email/sms informing users to switch to UOB tmrw app, and about card payment need choose UOB bank. They expect everyone to just know. Pity those who are not tech savvy they might pay wrong, or don't know how to check the app.

They just send this SMS:
RM0 UOB: We have successfully migrated your Citi credit card(s) to UOB. Please continue to use your credit card as usual.

Yet behind everything is no longer as usual.  

I can login but can't see my citi bank credit card in the app. UOB service is very lousy......

Last time with citibank i can always waive annual fee. Now UOB still can? just realized one of my card that just got converted will be charged rm600 annual

Okay I just tested UOB Pay using Digi self-service kiosk/ machine to pay for top-up.

It worked just like Samsung/Google/ Apple Pay and our usual physical cards by simply tapping on the reader.

But slightly slower the reaction - about 1-2 second to read. Could also be because of the contactless payment terminal on the self-service kiosk.

1 week already, I still can't see my Citi CC in UOB app. Then I found my Citi card was blocked and can't be use or reload TNG yesterday. Wth UOB doing....call cs 1 hour and nobody pick up my call. UOB really suck.

I saw my ctb savings acc moved to uob and labelled as “stash account”. I wonder can we interbank transfer money to this stash account n then pay uob n ctb cards from there?

CC due on 26th, tak logic if today 24th also no e-statement rite? Anyway I have already saw many Google play store reviews of the UOB TMRW junk app. Got a few ppl oledi have same issue as me. Still no solve. Call hotline also put on hold for 25mins.

I hv no notification. Can't view e-statement but outstanding amt has due date aug 12.So, I guess it remains on 23rd of the month like before.

Guys, i would like to ask if anyone know how get statement for May and June since Citibank system already disabled logins from any user from Malaysia. I need to check some dispute on June but unable to login anymore. Am i fuck up now

Favorite Bank transfer have to change from Citi to UOB right?

I’m coming from Citibank Didn’t get the cashback for uob one. Just a few cents. Anyone in the same sampan? Perhaps cause of the transfer?
