Is that means combinations spending of both cards are eligible for cash back and the cash back amount only deduct in Principal card?

For example:
Principal card spending RM 500, in 5 Transactions
Sup card spending RM 400, in 3 transactions

They calculate 5% cash back based on RM 500 or on total RM 900?

Sorry, i'm not clear about this and need sifu give clarification. Tq.

1) assuming jompay is still eligible, then should be no issue. wait till 20+ Feb to find out results from Jan 2019 spending. we all curious about jompay eligiblity since T&C revision.

2) this clause is for multiple transactions of <RM10 for SAME merchant/biller on SAME day. if this happen, it shall be considered as ONE transaction instead of multiples. your example 16x RM10 above is outside of this clause.

Sigh, why didn't UOB state such service disruption in the UOB PIB website? Many of us have wasted time trying to download eStatement from UOB PIB in vain.

To compound the problem, UOB is one of the banks which does not automatically send credit card eStatement, to the e-mail address of UOB cardholder. So, UOB PIB website is the only place we can get our eStatement.  doh.gif  bangwall.gif

normal. upon request to cancel, the card would be suspended. uob has a retention team to call you back to counter-offer your from permanently cancel their card.

in your case, they've agreed to give you some form of reward to keep the card.
