Does the uob one credit card u will straight get charge annual fees if get approve ?

I can tell you, the bill the doesnt have the jompay info on how to fill. Google also cannot find answer

Regarding on this issue, I've contacted Pejabat Tanah dan Galian Perak (05 - 2095000), and they confirmed there is a payment option through JomPAY (26211).
Ref-1 = no of (state,district, mukim, type & hak milik) (numbers below barcodes)
Ref-2 = Phone number (contactable)

If I apply new UOB CC credit card and spend 1000, will I get the gift?
