My story for September- card expiring.

Called and was told replacementS were sent but didn’t receive.

Then another replacement was issued. And still missing or poslaju is not sending. Not sure who’s at fault but this is ridiculous. 3 cards and all gone missing. But received 4 letters stating new card is issued and activate new card to use.

Now missing cashback and can’t even see the card online.

Big pay and GoPayz both got from citi link.

Uob told me mine from poslaju for uob.

They gave me the tracking too and the cs were all very good and went extra mile- they even went to check with poslaju on the status and manage to get the tracking.

But unfortunately not much details from poslaju which is really rubbish. They all stated delivery failed and refer to the notice given which I’ve gotten none from all 3 cards delivery for collections.

I can’t be running to every single poslaju to ask if they have my card. So they going to send 4th card and requires some approval because too many replacement or some sort of system limitations.

Wrote in formal complaint on this and everything seems kinda sorted: was told will get by this Friday.

Poslaju is really rubbish. They gave me 3 tracking numbers which says my item is undeliverable due to no one at home. Meanwhile all my 31 online shopping items arrived without issues from jnt/ dhl / gdex

Finally got new card delivered. Missing cashback will be adjusted next week.

Lol! It took me 3 weeks and 4 calls to get my card.

U can ring them up and they’ll probably say it has been sent out last month.

Having same problem and rang them up. I usually get cashback on the first or second day once fellow forumer mentioned.

Apparently “manual” replacement cards were not included for the cashback.

Only those system auto generated or existing card got migrated across.

Can’t believe their IT did such a rookie mistake.

My two replacements went missing too. And after multiple calls with the cs and CA, I wrote in a complaint about it.

I waited extra few days in case there is a delay of cashback postings after fellow forumer mentioned. But none given so I drop the handler an email about it and she called me in less than 10 minutes.

Told her don’t try to BS me what not. Otherwise I’ll whatsapp her boss about this.
