Called uob and was told that it’s either 200 or two luggages instead of both. Felt cheated since the roadshow states getting both cashback and luggages for being new sign up.

But transactions posting seems to be delayed a lot. Usually posted in 1-2 days. Majority transactions are still pending even after a week now. Slow down due to migration/integration?

Not really. They gave super high limit and offer to increase yearly.

Then I reduced it since only for online transactions.

How many credit cards do u have and if all of them are of high limits? Consider reducing them if u want an increase in uob ones.

If u have 100k limit for five bank cards, not everyone want to risk it by giving u another 100k. They will probably end up without recourse if u run away with the expenses.

And the reason banks give u high limit is to lock you with them so other banks don’t have “quota” to give u anymore and ends up u stay with them. Of course unless u brag to others u have high limit everyday 😂

Batches up to 3 days difference. So tomorrow if still not reflected yet then u should give them a call.
