I believe people who stayed in EM should have made calculated decisions to purchase a property there be it for own stay or investment. More so, if you are staying there. I am quite confident by 2nd half of next year, more than 200 units should be occupied by then. haha i never talk bad about EM anyway... my conscience is clear here... just that i feel u are being unfair to those who are giving alternative comments here... i am one of the buyer who been staying at outskirt for 2 years already.... i wont deny whatever ppl mentioned about the fatigue and negative stuffs as a reminder for potential buyers who visit this forum... there are always some truth to it.... we dont know who are the commenters and where they are from though... what give u the rights to simply term them as keyboard warriors or competitor of EM? in fact the place i staying gotten alot of similar comments... and i accepted it... thats why i always say... LYN is not for the faint heart ones...
