Last time first few eco majestic forum page peopel so excited about this masterpiece project,  rush to buy,, queue to ballot lagi mcb. turn out after VP few phase to be a disappointment to many, now all also diam diam d.. It is just sad to see most of the comments are not from those staying in EM. I believed most are just keyboard warriors or competitors without knowing the facts. In short, nothing is perfect and those who bought EM should know the downside already. Being far is very much dependent on that person's schedule. job nature, job location etc...

Never expect my simple comments could actually send the worm out. lol

I believe people who stayed in EM should have made calculated decisions to purchase a property there be it for own stay or investment. More so, if you are staying there. Whatever it is, I am one of the owners and is pretty aware of the downside. Nevertheless, this is a sacrifice I can make for a better environment since I am looking at a peaceful and quiet place. Overall, I think EW have delivered most of their promises although responses on defects could be slow (depending on which aspects). Customer service and security are up to my expectation too. 

Coupled with top notch landscape and remarkable customer service has made me swayed my decision to purchase from EW although I have place a booking at Tropicana Heights earlier. Many in my precinct are starting their renovation now. I am quite confident by 2nd half of next year, more than 200 units should be occupied by then.

no lar, does not just apply to EM & SEH, just that it was a coincidence that i was from those area and happen to view these areas and also a group of supporting/retaliating like u guys here that make things happen.

biggest mistake of buying overpriced property happens everywhere in Msia, i am just feel the shoe of those youngster like me who and large majority who had maybe once or twice chance in life time to buy a property n proceeding to marriage and etc..

many buyers even left it vacant and cant be rented out.. those buy for stay and deferred their plans, those investing so that they profit and resell to buy their dream house basically had their dream kept in abeyance until the time comes.

in fact, as u know i makan with samkps before lol...occupancy rates are still not convincing there EM, GVH improving, quite alot but pricing drop as well.. rental rates, 1200 to 1600.

nothing much to be proud of as well.. last time u guys said my life was bitter because havent bought any, but today i bought and service loan already few hundred k's

pass all these already, now maintaining.

those young buyers who feel regret can call back those agents/developers sales office and ask them, apa macam? last time u say like this, like that..profit like this, rental like dis, etc

Based on my Google map study at that time shows otherwise. How much does it cost btw ya. One more thing this semenyih n puncak areas not mature yet like setia Alam all where tonnes more cars drive today compared to 10 yrs ago.
