opps.. sound that the production line is very stressful.......
 .... but the EPF contribution by employer quite high.... 17%......... how about other division ? not as bad as production division right??? Recently, I saw flextronics advertised for few positions in Finance division.. dunno is new hire or replacement due to turnover of staff.. It doesnt sound good to me... Since the environment is quite stressful.... how's the compensation? The salary compare to other similar industry high or not? |
