Added more cost for me though, double triple tnb bills, need to subscribe internet and also cost for chair and table for work at home. No allowance or benefit from company for this Smaller increment and bonus for this year due to pandemic slowing down business last year. Grateful though still got any even it is small. Already 2 years plus in this company, considering to jumpship to gain more knowledge and career progression. Any advice on salary I can demand for jobhunting? Salary package is good but benefit is normal, not as good as previous company. But I take the offer due to the salary jump is quite huge at 45%, much needed considering my current situation and needs.
