Still pending counter offer from current company (leaving due to lack of career progression, not interested in the field & lack of support from HQ)

Option A is newly created position that is relatable Since its home based but concerned on no mileage claims and driving conditions (road teruk drive normal sedan only)

Option B is a vacant existing post (tough market?) But is office based, still unsure how much to demand afaik eligibility for comm means basic hard to budge high.

But is the new salary scaled accordingly based on my qualifications and experience? 3 years O&G technical, 4 years Sales, Diploma (Degree ongoing), some certs for self development/sales training (current company).

Any range i should target?
