I think the court case issue has resolved. They already start their construction.

Jalan Tiara Titiwangsa 3, Setapak. Of course, the agent will say so. That's how developer and SA earn their money.

4. Hard to find the developer record. I just worry the project will stop halfway.
Nothing is guaranteed when buying new projects. Purchasers have to bear the risks when buying new projects.

Of course put name which ever more wangi to sell you. If you check where is titiwangsa sentral condo located you wont be suprise how developer name it to market it.

Anything is possible with empty land, JV with land owner, why not?? Those empty land been empty for years, if he wan to build a bungalow alrd build years ago.

Interesting.. how frequent this space could be in use yearly.. if too rare could b wasted n pointless, too frequent happen also scary...not a good news either to resident
