I just get approved for the loan. Full Flexi Loan at 2.95%. I still not dare to go ahead which I still need to do more research & homework.
My main concern is still the developer.
Somehow, I asked my Penang friend who he did bough 1 of the project in the Penang (Not sure which).
He did mention the property they produce is not as premium compares with those well-known developers such as EcoWord, Exism, Ta group Etc.
The workmanship might not meet the expectation of the people in KL & Selangor's point of view. The reason being that because I come from a small kampung so the expectation will be slightly different. Well again, I will go to Penang this coming weekend. Mostly, I will pay the visit for a few of their projects in the Penang to adjust my expectation

The main pulling point I will go ahead to because of the Location(KLCC wei, Menara 118 wei [Additional Points]).
Well, location definitely different people have different opinions. For me I will like to stay there because of DUKE & driving is not an issue for me. Hahaha.
Titiwangsa also a lot hidden $$ (NOT The point hahaha).
what I trying to say is the community should be OK, of course, cannot compare to those Mont Kiara, Desa Park City.
Besides, somehow I nearly believe the Sales rep mention that this is GSD 1st project in central KL.
Hence, I think they will try their best not to screw up this project. Or else they hardly go for another project.
BUT also this is because of their 1st project, the thing they did is slow & not perfect (Maybe the connection & experience NOT strong).
Well, I only can say if this is another developer such as Ekovest, Ecoworld, Exism, or Mah Siang. I wouldn't hesitate.

Did u pay a visit to their sales gallery and show units? Do they “wow” you when you visit them ? I didn’t get that kind of feeling..I don’t see they are putting in effort in building up their show units though..Just my point of view..My main concern is still the developer.
