Any concern if the balcony is link together ? For example, Unit 3,3A and 5 is having same row of balcony but we cant see each other directly. Just worry if ppl keep smoking at his balcony then left and right unit will be the victim.

Is that a big concern ?

Previously my loan approved for Dbrighton, wanted to sign SPA already but I withdraw, due to dishonestly from the agent, never revealed the facility's name (Janazah Management Space & Corpse Management Space) until I found out in SPA, price per sqf lower than Alaia due to furnishing, Dbrigton is bare unit and Alaia giving partially furnished. So this shows that psf almost the same.

From my opinion, I prefer Alaia more than Dbrigton due to the past projects for both developer done, more confident with the workmanship *Not Alaia buyer here  because I wanted bigger unit, too bad Alaia don't have bigger sqf    *
