Hi All, agent tell me can rent RM 2100 - RM 2500. Any opinion? really can rent until RM 2500? how about rental the Reach?

1) Pending Counrt Case - I think dbkl already settle this case. This few days saw Developer already start test piles.
2) limited access road - how many access road you want? like skyworld, the reach, Pv also same access road.
3) Genting Kelang morning jam - yup, this really real issue, even inside PV, Skyworld ppl need work in KLCC sure drive through Jalan Genting Klang. But i think titiwangsa area no so jam like inside PV and Skyworld, because titiwangsa area more near to KLCC.

i think this developer already have same concept development like d'Brightton. Gardens Viile and Skycube Rsd. Also Condo + Villa.

But i search in Penang Property Talk and google review for this 2 project quite nice comment, did saw any poor workmanship?

i think is d'brightton website. the agent told me still havent get APDL so no much info. surrounding tiara titiwangsa all is leasehold land. Except The Reach.

ya Sure, because website no any info about this project. And also no provide me any floor plan or brochure beacause havent get APDL. But agent say possible will get APDL after CMCO. But now every developer havent get APDL already can post building facede and floor plan to social media like MH Platinum and Alaia.

ya loh. last time i bought The Reach already RM 600 psf. Dont know you how to compare the location? Titiwangsa area compare setapak? KLCC compare chow kit?

After few month of MCO. Finally can signed my SPA. Developer there already have proper brochure. Now only waiting stage 2a work done.

Heard that havent open yet. But based on good respond, developer want to increase price in middle floor.
