I used to stay in a condo developed by this developer in Penang, overall quite well-managed.

But what I found attractive in this project is just only the KL city + titiwangsa lake view, nothing much else.

I believe many people here (especially Chinese) will pantang about the funeral room next to the lobby's lifts.
The developer staff told me that the room "can be changed" to multipurpose hall or etc. afterwards by the decision of JMB.

May I know if any sifu here has similar experience / heard about similar cases? Please share share... thanks

I'm not that sure.. what I've heard of it is a room to temporarily place dead bodies without doing those chingchingchiang ceremonies inside.. but who knows if they really allow wake/viewing ceremony to be held

I understood that there is a bilik jenazah located beside lobby's lifts, but I'm wondering if there is any case out there where this room has successfully converted to other functional room after VP with JMB's decision (based on what the developer staff told me) .

Some staffs/agents told me that it is just a room to "temporarily" store dead bodies, but there is no black and white stating the function of this room - who knows in the future they really do those chingchiang stuffs inside
