It seems that this project really suitable for own staying. But I can't see any pulling factor to stay here. Just because of the lake and kl view? Otherwise its just like any condo nearby setapak. Its not near to any good commercial area also. To say this is titiwangsa, i said its nearer to setapak than titiwangsa.

agree bro, i cant see any selling point. the 3 stories villa gonna incur rm1k maintenance per month. tambah the 1.4m installment. sakit gila, better buy the subsales landed from elsewhere

it dependent on when you gonna sell in the future (10 years or 20 years later?) and hows the maintenance eventually. Of course the location itself have no commercials or any other pulling factor is a main concern. I prefer condo thats near to amenities if i'm gonna stay in a high-rise. But buying for own stay involve emotional decision. You like it and can bear with the location. You can just go ahead. Nothing wrong.

not only rumawip geh, as long as price correctly and located nicely, still a good condo.. But like i said, everyone preference different. Some like lake view and quiet location.. some like commercial vibrantness..

depending on where you wanna put your air cond and the layout of the unit you are buying bro.. everyone have different design and need on where they wanna put their air cond unit.. what if you wanna have an air cond unit at dining room? so its either you put the pipe through your plaster, inside the wall or just let it exposed long way to outside or to the any water flow outlet...
