i really like this place though, for own stay purpose. good accessibility to highway and it avoided the jam from genting klang in the morning. the only concern for me is lack of convenience shop nearby. but i'm more to prefer low density.

for the pricing wise, i think nearby bungalow land and the reach luxury condo are taken into consideration?
is it really matter with leasehold title?

i'm more concerned about the resale value in future.
please tell me more of the reason not staying here, i need to make decision well for my first property

Sorry new to this aircond copper piping as I never dealt with aircond installation before. Does this meant like what songavenus said have to hack wall to re-run the piping? Why have to hack wall though? Cant just run the piping to the compressor outside? Or ugly if expose so hack wall and then seal it? Question on the sealing though, if say want to seal, is plaster ceiling the only way and is it costly? Say if seal ady then later find out the copper piping got problem few years down the road, does that mean have to hack the wall again to replace the previously sealed copper piping? Just wondering how big of a deal not having copper piping
