I have a question, first i receive my VS, subsequent i ask to add Quantum to my cards, does the statement comes in 2 or in a single one?

Next does online PiB show both of the cards or just 1? as i require to re-register for quantum card for online banking?

Are those errors appear in the authorised amount of your card?

You mean reflected in online banking? Based on my exp it will usually take around 2 business days

it depends on the swiping terminal....on non-pb terminals usually 2 days.

the way the T&C is written, PB/PIB is treated as single bank.
unlikely to be eligible because your card was activated BEFORE the campaign started. you can try though.

SMS registration doesnt guarantee eligiblity. it is a static generic response, cuz the SMS gateway (usually 3rd party) doesnt KNOW who you are. there is no intelligence to determine if you are existing customer or not.

the sms broadcast provider only STORES your registration details, mobile number + cc number that you entered.

PBB will pull the SMS records and compare with their own list of new applications during the campaign period.

this is one of the reason why prize fulfillment takes weeks to perform. there is NO automation in place.

similar way is done by RinggitPlus too. there are tons of horror stories from new users waiting for their RP prizes. guess where are the bottleneck?

probably their sharing of list SLA is not defined properly or PBB has too many ongoing promos, churning the list out takes time.

again, RP would still fulfill, if deemed eligible from PBB. it just takes longer time.

Question on requirement. My yearly income is about 4k short of the min. requirement. I furnished them with my asb statement too hoping they would consider it. That shud give me a plus about 8k from min. Whatd the chances of it getting approved?
