just got sms this morning, my visa signature finally approved, took almost 2 weeks time, applied thru ringgit plus.

Got rejected the second time for Quantum card. First application when the card launched, applied again last month, rejected as well.

Oh well, move on to other card. Will apply again end of the year if this card's benefit are still good at that time.
Nothing to be sad of, there are still many other cards out there, up to the bank discretion whether to approve or reject.

Was holding M 2 premier, RHB VI and HLB VI before I applied for this PBB VS

While my friend who earns less which applied for a housing loan with no CC record got approved for a PBB VS.

So yeah, definitely bank's issue

Try using Quantum Visa at Watsons.
You cannot get any rebate if using PB Visa Signature or Quantum Mastercard.
