By referring the cashback exclusion list in first page meaning that paying jompay with quantum master is not entitled for cashback??? Thats sad... need to get extra another card for that purpose then..

If register the "spend now 4 more cash back" campaign, how does my cashback will be calculated ?
Is my normal 5% cashback everyday still valid ?
Or it will switch to the new campaign already ?

Just applied pbb quantum and received it on last Friday.
Created the PIN via PBE but still unable to use it for online transaction, the OTP page won't show up. On shopee, it said the OTP is not registered. Tried to reload bigpay and the "3D secure" page keep loading and nothing come out.

Called pbb customer service twice and they told me everything are in order in their system, should be able to use for online transaction.

Anyone facing the same problem?

Thanks for the reply. I tried it again now using shopee and successfully shows the OTP page, received the OTP sms, but for bigpay, it still stuck at the 3D secure, keep loading, nothing come out. 

Need to get some information from you. Did you add supp card into your own online banking account? I tried to add yesterday, but that page show me access error or something no card to add.
