^So did you ask the bank to authorize the transaction???

Same thing happens to me last time on xbox 1, what i did is tell them to authorize whatever transaction going on with Microsoft in the future and stop calling me....
After that, it works.

Most likely it's the bank card issues, why not try and get Xbox Live gold card? No hassle too if you decide to cancel your XBL gold subscription sometime in teh future.

You mean you tried SG card with US account? hmmm..maybe someone can clarify whether XBL gold card is region based?

If you can fix it, better do it. It helps make matchmaking faster, no imcompatibility issues when joinining game or voice chat problem (can hear certain people in the party only or maybe none)

Ya man....the knife works exactly like chainsaw from Gears of War, except that the enemy can't "cancel" your knife move.

I don't know...mix bag feeling for this game, waiting for review. I have too many good FPS to play now...still not bored of Halo, TF2 & COD4.

I am not sure whether they will send the paper bill to that address but Microsoft will send an online bill to your email account (only last 4 digit of the credit card number).
Anyway paper-free bill is like the "in" thing for western country as they are currently promoting green earth and what not.
Besides, that address does not exist. Only valid postal code & state.

I am only using valid address for my secodary account (uk) but never receive any billing. I bought some Microsoft Point.
My main account with Xblive GOld, i only use the address @ first page. What matter most is the postal code and state.

During my Halo 3 session yesterday, Jaylike7 mentioned certain IPs are having problem with international links. Yesterday Syuji connection also red bar all the way.
I am not sure of the details...maybe you can keep trying to reconnect your broadband?

when you enter you credit card address, you put Malaysia (c.card) or Singapore address?
Also what's your account region? Heard that US account can't buy anymore Microsoft Point due to region control.

Well i am using US address for my credit card detail and it works...maybe you can try US/SG address?

I used to thought it's region lock, the info was on the first page.

If your CC works before, wait for awhile (days, weeks or even months) then you might just be able to use it again! Do not change the details, it's useless IMO.

Sometimes my CC works, sometime it just fail at authentication. Weird, ya.

So what i heard is true last time, if you block CC means you can't activate the same account again?
Now your only choice of logging to Live again is new gamertag i guess. You should have call to unsubscribe GOLD ma last time.

It's a painless process unlike when i need to cancel my mobile network, i need to write letter then post to them

^Your cc is unauthorized but its for Microsoft point only right? Did you subscribe to Xbox live via CC? If yes it should be no problem.
I only know there is region control for CC when trying to purchase Microsoft point. (but then sometimes the region control just magically dissapear)

I think someone here mention before about using skype, you need to top up point to use skype though. Anyway i don't think you can subscribe under the same account again once it's blacklisted, the guy in evilavatar.com tried to do so but failed miserably after calling them.
You can still try if you want. If can't call SG you can try other region, i get my Microsoft Point refund from UK Xbox Live customer service although my account is SG one.
