Content License Transfer Tool (aka the DRM Tool) now available


Previously i bought some game in my ntsc/j console under US account, now on my pal machine i can only play it by logging in US account. After using the tool above, i can play it using any account without any problem.
Also, it's exceptional useful for those who exchange their console for 3ROD failure. (come back with a different console ID)

@isis, i assume the culprit is your condo private ISP. It's not your router that need to increase MTU but your condo ISP.

@doi0728, it varies from game to game basis. Also with some other factors like players you are playing with and their geo location.
