i have subscribe xbox live which is free for 1 month gold. initally when i register, the xbox local setting is singapore.

hence, i doubt i've register into (SG)asia region.
is there any differences between asia / US market place ?

it seems after change local setting to US, the market place has no change and quoted in SGD. (by identifying xbox live gold 88 GST for 1 year)

please advise steps to change into US market place.

Yeah there's a huge difference in the marketplace, in terms of video rentals, demo availability, etc.

promotions as well. Price for Games on Demand are cheaper in US xbl. But theres a lot of region restriction for US xbl. so u need to check them or u can VPN. Arcade games i know have no region restriction.
u cant migrate ur SG account to US account. u need to create a new US account.
