promotions as well. Price for Games on Demand are cheaper in US xbl. But theres a lot of region restriction for US xbl. so u need to check them or u can VPN. Arcade games i know have no region restriction.
u cant migrate ur SG account to US account. u need to create a new US account. |

as i know dlc for blackops and mw2, checks ur ip location. So changing ur location ur profile will not solve it.
VPN is the only option. |
