Selected 2GB data plan, then activated the SIM and was charged RM12 immediately, when I entered TAC from bank in the payment page for RM1 only.

there was nothing shown about anything would charge to my credit card, thought the RM12 would deduct from the RM20 signup credit.

never inserted/used the SIM card, asked their CS to refund, but denied. so no choice, complaint logged to MCMC     

case solved. Yoodo agreed to refund.

yes you can, each of them has their own booster. Once the purchase completed you can use it straight away. Invoice transaction details will be send into your email.

i tried to sms to maybank 66628 & kena rejected

haha, after MNP first 3 days SMS was not stable.
Maybe you can retry after that...

But same shits happened to my XOX, and heard every MVNO also got this issues.

I haven't tried the sms to do any banking transaction, in fact I am not subscribe to any of their sms plan.
What transaction you want to use with sms anyway?
