Selected 2GB data plan, then activated the SIM and was charged RM12 immediately, when I entered TAC from bank in the payment page for RM1 only.
there was nothing shown about anything would charge to my credit card, thought the RM12 would deduct from the RM20 signup credit. never inserted/used the SIM card, asked their CS to refund, but denied. so no choice, complaint logged to MCMC    This post has been edited by lamode: Jul 28 2018, 11:21 AM |
