Went to Yoodo office this morning to picked up
my items, an Huawei Y7 Prime, T shirts, stickers, and 10 pcs of blank sim cards to be distributed. Any users that interested to get 1 of the sims can come to collect from me if close to my place, particularly in Melaka. PM for details.

For new user promo, if I sign up 1 SIM card n I didn’t activate due to misplace the SIM card, if I apply another new sim, will I consider a new user?

Didn't activate is consider you are not officially their customer yet.

Before I port in, I just want to know if this statement is true or not. Because I'm contemplating to take either celcom first gold or yoodo. 😅

I am directly had some conversation with their manager regarding this, according to him, Yoodo is just another product of Celcom, fully registered under Celcom. Just like Xpax, it is not an MVNO. There are no other 2nd class priority of network performance to their MVNOs.

i think i have a problem shopping online.

i did not purchase the sms add on with yoodo and when i was about to check out from lazada and pay by debit card. they did not send me the code at the last part of payment which is to confirm that i am buying the stuffs.

and when i switched to online banking and requested for TAC, i received my TAC code and the purchase has been made successfully.

what was the problem?

got sim already but not yet activated. jz want to ask if im watching netflix thru phone, which data will deduct? is add ons youtube for youtube only or what? tia

No need. But you might receive a call from their retention department if you are lucky offering you a better package.

I am one if their 2018 earlier batches of user, but quite active in the community as well by the mean of helping other users. Since the activation was not so friendly, admin needs more hand of other users to explain and guiding to the new users. And another users that activated earlier than me, bringing home the P20.
