I would have thought the main way of paying is to pay directly, the free credit being a temporary promotion? I don't see why you're complaining to be honest. |

QUOTE(teamjoker @ Nov 20 2018, 04:23 PM) Today i renewed my plan with only calls. But i suspect my acct not enough money cause when buying data boost plan, it says your order has failed. But my data is still working but very slow. All whatsapp messages still comes in. Can also surf lowyat but very slow. QUOTE(#Victor @ Nov 21 2018, 11:41 AM) This is very bad implementation in Yoodo, same thing happen when want to buy add-ons without sufficient balance for the free credit, no way to top up to the wallet too. QUOTE(tympg @ Nov 21 2018, 01:34 PM) I would have thought the main way of paying is to pay directly, the free credit being a temporary promotion? I don't see why you're complaining to be honest. agreed with bro tympg....i always pay directly thru my debit card....no problem whatsoever in renewing. Yoodo apps will show clearly what you have in your balance. Attemping to renew any plan with insufficient balance surely won't work unless it is tie to your debit/credit card. So what bad implementation and no way to topup wallet you guys talking about? |

The free credit was given during promotional period, and it will be consume first before ur debit/credit card that added to Yoodo account. Problem here is when u don't utilise the free credit during first month, when it renew on second month, it will deduct from the free credit and to purchase a booster plan (RM20 for 20GB), the order will fail despite added debit/credit card due to insufficient balance.QUOTE(teamjoker @ Nov 21 2018, 03:01 PM) I know i can buy direct but my question is if i wanna top up, how. Lets say i budget rm 50 for my kids every month. Instead of all 5 kids tie to my debit card which i myself dont keep track of the balance, i just make sure the wallet have rm 50 every month. Of course i am not those rich fella that have thousands in bank account Don't think Yoodo works that way. U have to link ur payment card with the Yoodo account and it will charge to ur card on every renewal. |

Of course i am not those rich fella that have thousands in bank account the onus is on you to know what is your debit card balance ...right!!!!Yoodo how to know what is your balance....right??? so if you have budget rm50 monthly for each of your kid.. then from the Yoodo app...select rm10 either from voice/data/sms plan for the 5 lines Yoodo apps is flexible where it is up to you whether you want to continue renew every each month as long you make sure you got rm50 allocated from your debit card. Why the need to put inside wallet? you just make sure got money lo everymonth in your bank account rm50... if you can "make sure" rm50 monthly commitment...i am sure Yoodo have no problem at all. why make it so complicated? If you don't want others spending your money, probably Yoodo isn't suitable for your family members. You're better putting your family members in other prepaid plans.Yoodo's model doesn't quite work the same way as your regular prepaid-with-credit-topup. |

Have to say Digi's Vietnam roaming is still more worth it:
RM25 for 3 days vs Yoodo's RM20 per day. |

QUOTE(hightechgadgets8 @ Nov 23 2018, 09:48 AM) It depends. If it's only a few days, it's not worth going through the hassle of purchasing a local service. Not absolutely essential to have internet on the go. Hotel WiFi is good enough. |

I'm now in Cambodia so all my 5 Yoodo numbers set to 50 SMS plan at RM 3 monthly.
If using roaming, it is RM 10 per day. Local SIM card under Smart is USD 8 for 40GB quota monthly. |
