I would have thought the main way of paying is to pay directly, the free credit being a temporary promotion? I don't see why you're complaining to be honest.

i always pay directly thru my debit card....no problem whatsoever in renewing.

Yoodo apps will show clearly what you have in your balance.

Attemping to renew any plan with insufficient balance surely won't work unless it is tie to your debit/credit card.

You don't need to. Just buy direct.

The free credit was given during promotional period, and it will be consume first before ur debit/credit card that added to Yoodo account. Problem here is when u don't utilise the free credit during first month, when it renew on second month, it will deduct from the free credit and to purchase a booster plan (RM20 for 20GB), the order will fail despite added debit/credit card due to insufficient balance.

Don't think Yoodo works that way. U have to link ur payment card with the Yoodo account and it will charge to ur card on every renewal.

so if you have budget rm50 monthly for each of your kid..
then from the Yoodo app...select rm10 either from voice/data/sms plan for the 5 lines

Yoodo apps is flexible where it is up to you whether you want to continue renew every each month as long you make sure you got rm50 allocated from your debit card.

Why the need to put inside wallet?
you just make sure got money lo everymonth in your bank account rm50...
if you can "make sure" rm50 monthly commitment...i am sure Yoodo have no problem at all.

why make it so complicated?

The wallet is only for the occasional free credit. If you don't want others spending your money, probably Yoodo isn't suitable for your family members. You're better putting your family members in other prepaid plans.

Yoodo's model doesn't quite work the same way as your regular prepaid-with-credit-topup.

Uses yoodo for 13 days with no technical issue.
(at home I find that the service is better than DiGi)

but why not just buy a sim there. 7days plan is like rm30-40

It depends. If it's only a few days, it's not worth going through the hassle of purchasing a local service. Not absolutely essential to have internet on the go. Hotel WiFi is good enough.

Yoodo will organising an event with the users this coming 8th December. Those who are nearby the area and interested to have sim card + assisting on registration can attend at the event. But for free movie, need to reserve your seat as it is limited.

Billing statement feature still not available?

This is not postpaid but prepaid.
Why the need to have a billing statement,?

Doesnt matter prepaid or postpaid.
nowsday almost all prepaid telco do have itemized billing.

I'm now in Cambodia so all my 5 Yoodo numbers set to 50 SMS plan at RM 3 monthly.

If using roaming, it is RM 10 per day. Local SIM card under Smart is USD 8 for 40GB quota monthly.
