Is it must finish by 30 sep QUOTE(wilson1stop @ Aug 29 2018, 01:52 PM) Bro, answered already. Bro, if u refer to my earlier query, i don't intend to use the free RM20 to subscribe for 20GB data booster. Instead I'm thinking to first apply using RM3 for 50 sms and then subscribe the call booster plan of RM9 for 200 mins. Not gonna use yoodoo's data cause will have my 2nd sim using unifi mobile data. 20GB is monthly only or else will burn MNP normal take 1 day - 3 days, but some other telcos sometime can done within few hours... So after 1st cycle, if the credit remaining is RM11 (Free RM20 minus call booster RM9) can i use the remaining credit to subscribe again next cycle call plan until the credit finish? Or the remaining credit of RM11 will burn? Hope some Sifus here can shed some light. |

QUOTE(godslayer84 @ Aug 29 2018, 02:18 PM) the free RM20 will be credited to your wallet in your account.. So does that mean you still have RM10 in your wallet and can use it to subscribe for any booster plan in the next month?it wont expires.. but what happened to me is... on my second month, i chose RM10 plan, then it deducted the money from my wallet automatically.. |

Sifus, normally how long does it take after activating the sim then got line to use?
Activated my sim this afternoon. Replied Y to the sms message from my port out operator digi at 5.30pm today. Until now still waiting for Yoodo line to be active. Update: My line only active on the morning of 18/9/18. Looks like MNP does not operate during Sunday and public holidays. So if you guys need urgently to port in, better not do it on a long weekend. QUOTE(July 2nd @ Sep 22 2018, 01:52 PM) Mine same with you. Ported out on 8 Sep (Sat) at 4pm. Then 9th, 10th & 11th a long holiday, called Umobile and the operator said port out service available only from Mon-Sat (Sunday and public holiday are not included), end up I received successful notification e-mail and invoice e-mail on 12 Sep (Wed), the 1st working day after holiday at 1.30pm. So u ported out from Umobile into Yoodo. When did u receive the sms from Umobile requesting you to confirm you wish to leave them? This post has been edited by Aspick: Sep 22 2018, 04:05 PM |

QUOTE(July 2nd @ Sep 22 2018, 09:35 PM) I tried many times. If early morning like 8am, you'll get the sms at 8.05am; if 9am, then 9.05am; even 4.10pm, you'll get it in 5 mins time at 4.15pm. However, I tried to port-out during night time 9pm but no message received until the next day early morning 8.05am. So I can confirm that the port-out service is processed manually. Wow. That's a very good detailed explanation of the porting in process. Good knowledge to those new to MNP.Once you select port-out in Yoodo app, you'll receive: Please confirm your request to leave U Mobile. Reply YES or N before 13/07/2018 18:10 You'll receive a confirmation message after replying YES within seconds: We have received your confirmation to leave U Mobile. Your request is being processed If your port-out fail, this is the message: RM0.00: Hey there, we're sorry but your port in request was rejected by your current service provider.Kindly get help via Live Chat on our app. If your port-out successful, you'll receive: RM0.00: We've received your port in request and activation is in progress. After you receive an SMS confirmation within 24 hours, just pop your SIM into your phone! Anyway from your experience and also mine, my advise to anyone who wish to carry out porting in better do it at beginning of the week. Don't do it on fri or sat and especially not on weekends with public holidays unless you are not in a hurry for your line to be activated under new provider. |

QUOTE(#Victor @ Oct 19 2018, 12:34 PM) I cannot use Internet at all without a data plan but currently account is active. I get a captive login from yoodo but unable to load anything at all too. Same here![]() QUOTE(OTBB @ Oct 20 2018, 08:12 PM) Is Yoodo service available at the MRT Underground Stations in KL? Also, how much is the boost plan for the data (1, 3, 6 or 20 GB)? A customer can only buy boost plan after subscribing to basic data of 2 GB or after subscribing to 50 SMS for RM 3 a month? TQ You can buy boost plan as long as you subscribe either one of these or combination of data, call or sms plan |

QUOTE(#Victor @ Oct 26 2018, 05:50 PM) You are lucky Based on reply given in yoodo support, if we buy data inside booster after finish there will still be basic data to use.https://support.yoodo.com.my/hc/en-us/commu...-Basic-internet What to check? Tried using both yoodo and celcom APN also can't get basic data. There is 4G or even 4G+ when switch on data but not usable at all. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Question is after that month cycle, if we don't buy data booster in the following cycle will we still have basic data to use? Maybe you can try it first and let us know. This post has been edited by Aspick: Oct 28 2018, 11:16 PM |

QUOTE(stij @ Nov 1 2018, 01:12 AM) I’m new this month to Yoodo, and I also only bought the voice call plan, and just bought a booster for 20 GB, because before I bought the booster I cannot access any Internet even the Yoodo application itself , So let’s see for next month can I use my basic Internet before I buy a booster. But according to the Yoodo customer service you cannot use any basic Internet if you didn’t buy any data plans that month .. 17 days to go FYI Yes pls report back here next month. TqAnd about the data block I feel like also they reduce your quota very significantly faster than Digi, because only 13 days and now my usage already reached out about 7 to 8 GBs, and FYI I have a broadband wireless at my home .. usually I use Digi only 1.5 GB per month (Raja Video RM15) and very seldom (can say never) to watch youtube FYI, I think I don’t need a solid proof to this #peace I still love Yoodo so far |

QUOTE(July 2nd @ Nov 1 2018, 04:45 PM) I tried 3 sims in different cycles and it really worked! These 2 days I didn't subscribe to any base plan but still can access lowyat forum as usual but with turtle page loading speed, I think not exceeding 10k/s as shown at notification panel. Hey thanks for letting us know. So proven in order to get basic data, first must subscribe to any one of the data booster plan. Not sure though if the basic data has a quota. I also MNP 3 numbers together and previously not on any data plan, one of it sms plan where another one on call plan since there's data booster promo ongoing, and one just subscribed to RM3 50 sms plan to keep the number for every 90 days (1-month RM3 subscription with another 60 days Grace period, must remember to buy the sms plan on or 1 day prior else the number gone)! Your third number why not port to XOX. Cost only RM10 and validity up to 28mths. No need to keep monitoring until 28 mths later. |

QUOTE(majorarmstrong @ Apr 22 2019, 11:50 PM) back to my SIM Card delivery issue, so i chat with the support team and support team say will resend SIM. Bro, I'm in the same situation like u. Last Thursday they sent me email said my new sim already delivered but I didn't receive in my postbox. Waited until Saturday then complain to their CS using the app. CS said will escalate the matter but until today no word or email from them. What should i do?Does anyone know what kind of service they use to resend SIM like Poslaju, normal mail, etc etc, i seriously have no idea why their SIM delivery is so inconsistent, sometimes lucky you get, sometimes bad luck you dont get Update 23/4: I just received email from Yoodo telling me my sim is on its way. Hope this time is true. Will update here Update 25/4: My sim delivered to my address as listed in the app. Activated and is now working. This post has been edited by Aspick: Apr 25 2019, 10:25 PM |
