Mini 4WD Rules & Regulations for 11th Feb competition

1. All cars have to be built using original Tamiya Mini 4WD parts and strictly following the instructions provided with those parts.
- Examples : a) No addition of materials is to be added on the chassis (hot glue, epoxy, etc.).
b) 'O' rings or rubber rings are not allowed to replace the tires.

2. Tampering with the motor and battery will cause disqualification.

3. For the PRO CHALLENGE only maximum 8 rollers are allowed on each car, bearings which is used as weight are also counted as rollers used.

4. Weight can only be bolted on the chassis or cover using screw and nut or by using double sided tape no other material can be used to secure the weight if detected will be disqualified.

5. No exchange of Mini 4wd Cars among participants non participants are allowed once detected disqualification and all previous lap time will be voided.

6. One Number tag is allowed for each individual and it is non-transferable.

7. Participants who misuse the Tag will risk having the Race Result Voided.

8. Each participant is only allowed to have one prize for each competition

9. Each participant is only allowed to have 2 tries per queue.

10. Only energizer max batteries are to be used.

11. Cars that go out of track or the Body Cover detached from the Chassis will be disqualified.

12. Number Tag has to be worn during queuing.

13. Strictly no jumping queue or queuing on behalf of another once detected disqualification and all previous lap time will be voided.

14. The organizers will not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by the participants.

16. The organizer reserves the rights to disqualify any car which does not fulfill the above rules and regulations.


ABOVE ARE THE NEW RULES FOR 2007 LAST YEAR IS THE FIRST YEAR SO I LET GO MOST OF THE OFFENDERS
THIS YEAR NO MORE CHANCES AND NO MORE FACE WILL BE GIVEN DURING THE RACE

compared to the official tamiya rules, this is pretty erm.. loose isn't it?

what about car weight rule? height rule, ground clearance rule ?

no more these rules as the main important rule covers it all = all must be original Tamiya Parts.

Soon to be launched "NITRAGE JR."

We do not follow the official Tamiya rules. No rule for car weight, height and ground clearance.

mine oso baru clean the car few days back

dismantle everything and rebuilt/clean from scratch...

the 620 rollers now oni can spin ard 5 secs compared to last time 15-20 secs...

You really need to take those 620 ..
Now those bearing are rare parts that very hard to find ...

i asked david, he said it should be on the 20th if i am not mistaken

Hi TamiyaOne, I wish to join you guys, but I in Singapore.

just went to 1u

after few rounds ard the track...w00t my 620 bearings can spin 15-20 seconds

and i designed my car after i temporary stopped...5 months later i tested the new layout and w00t its nice..can tahan high speed AND lane change

got ur "glue" trick or not ?

no glue la...

my setup is codenamed 'Tank V2'

remember my last time setup?

no matter how much u bang the front bumper will not break...so this is V2...lighter,smaller,thinner,but weaker

but hey,unlike my previous setup,this one also avoids my chasis from flexing

i'm used to play this in Vietnam for a while ago, It's been nearly 4 years i 've thinking of this mini 4wd stuff. Thanks Echicken lead me to this site. I'd like to see more races from you guys.


I'm in USA now... the mini4wd is dead here for a long time. I don't know in California if they still play this, most of them play RC now.

Nope im not TamiyaOne or he's not me. That's the reason why im joining only pro class, too make it more popular. Remember my stock class car? I created the same effect and it's wonderful.

i think you need to add in a new rule so that some ppl can join the competition as a team.. maybe two person per team (one tukang beratur and tukang modify)..

I'm not joining Open class. But i can help u build car before the race and that's all i wont help you during the race.

Means pay 1 person's fee and 10 ppl use their cars to race on the track using that same tag, therefore the chances of winning is very high. That's cheating.

actually this is the one i use
the one you posted is of the actual Sonic Team game studio which makes the Sonic games ....
