from beginning, i just wan to mention, burn the gc and psu
generally, over power consumption on HX620 will totaly won't burn it, only will cause it shutdown automatic icon_idea.gif

http://www.legitreviews.com/article/766/11/

i more trust on review than forumer..
the HX620 cannot run dual 2X HD4870X2
but i can sure, it can run 2X4870 without problem. wub.gif

although the graph is not in full load test, but how much u expect the different power consumption for a QX9770 to load when playing crisis and running stress?

P.S.

for more information

HD4870X2 draw higher power usage than 2X HD4870 notworthy.gif

another full load for HD4870X2

full load of HD4870 crossfire consumps around 400w, that leaves around 200w more for processor, hdd, and fans.

I think can run, but dare not to try xD

full load of a hd4870 should not consume 400w, full system load with 4870 should around 400w.
