Maxis Zerolution iPhone can't upgrade

Maxis told me their iPhone for zerolution upgrade plan was ended?!! What they promised me last year that i get a New iPhone every year? now they said i get samsung ??? This is unacceptable and i feel cheated by MAXIS. they really good at broke their trust for customer.
They told me i still can get an iPhone by sign up their iPhone plan means i need to pay for the device price + upfront payment. But why i want to choose your plan for purchasing an iPhone? there are plenty of telco plan i can choose from. I simply because this UPGRADE plan so i choose the maxis zerolution. Really disappointed and frustrated with MAXIS. I will opt out all my maxis service for good.

The tnc states new phone not necessarily a new iPhone. I think you should have a copy of the tnc when you signed, if you can prove it specifically writes iPhone, should bring to CFM to report. I doubt there is a different tnc for iPhone, Samsung Galaxy S, Samsung Galaxy Note, HTC U, Sony Xperia for each of the phone brand models. Tnc usually generic, perhaps people saw the word phone and ASSUME is an iphone. What if the next Apple flagship phone is not called an iPhone?

firstly lodged complaint with Service Provider (SP) -Maxis call centre, get the report number then make official complaint to SKM/MMC, https://aduan.skmm.gov.my/then let them settle.

What i don't like is their misleading advertisement and dishonest. I can just sign up normal zerolution but not necessary to go for the yearly upgrade, they lured me to pay extra upgrade fee & insurances but in the end they remove their iPhone in the list.

What i complaint is the yearly upgrade plan for iphone and their misleading advertisement.

This advance payment will be credited in your account on your next bill once device registered and the bill will be auto deducted on your RM4500 advance payment.
