Maxis told me their iPhone for zerolution upgrade plan was ended?!! What they promised me last year that i get a New iPhone every year? now they said i get samsung ??? This is unacceptable and i feel cheated by MAXIS. they really good at broke their trust for customer.

They told me i still can get an iPhone by sign up their iPhone plan means i need to pay for the device price + upfront payment. But why i want to choose your plan for purchasing an iPhone? there are plenty of telco plan i can choose from. I simply because this UPGRADE plan so i choose the maxis zerolution. Really disappointed and frustrated with MAXIS. I will opt out all my maxis service for good.

notice alot of this complaints. just curious, was the "new iPhone" stated anywhere in their iphone zerolution terms and conditions?

Not sure the last year T&C but when i signed up is what they told me.
Now their T&C said "you will be entitled to upgrade to a new device based on your selection after 12 months of your Zerolution Monthly Plan "
But they just remove iPhone in the list. Thats why we can't choose.

very stupid iphone zerolution and stupid maxis

MAXIS gave us a plan name "Zerolution iPhoneX" for our existing iPhone zerolution user for upgrade but this is not what original plan they promised us last year. They just fooled us with the "Zerolution" name but not the same with other phone also use Maxis Zerolution Plan.

What is their Zerolution advertising promote

This is Misleading and Unacceptable.

The tnc states new phone not necessarily a new iPhone. I think you should have a copy of the tnc when you signed, if you can prove it specifically writes iPhone, should bring to CFM to report. I doubt there is a different tnc for iPhone, Samsung Galaxy S, Samsung Galaxy Note, HTC U, Sony Xperia for each of the phone brand models. Tnc usually generic, perhaps people saw the word phone and ASSUME is an iphone. What if the next Apple flagship phone is not called an iPhone?

yes tnc is stated new phone not iPhone, but last year when i signed up, their staff told me i can change a new iphone after pay the 12 months upgrade fees. What i don't like is their misleading advertisement and dishonest. I can just sign up normal zerolution but not necessary to go for the yearly upgrade, they lured me to pay extra upgrade fee & insurances but in the end they remove their iPhone in the list.

already done , so Maxis comes up a "Zerolution" Plan for iphone but ask us to pay 4500 upfront, that is just a normal plan not Zerolution.
if i want sign up normal iPhone plan I can compare and choose all telco, why i choose Maxis in the first place because of the Zerolution Plan.

What i complaint is the yearly upgrade plan for iphone and their misleading advertisement.

I think that the advance payment will deduct the bill for 2 years contract maybe..so left out every months need to pay device only..bcos previously im on maxis one plan 188 took p9 for rm1 need advance payment 500 and it deduct my bill...not sure that is this the same

This advance payment will be credited in your account on your next bill once device registered and the bill will be auto deducted on your RM4500 advance payment.

There always a small print on the T&C. Well thanks for advice, will not op for maxis ever.
