I think 250++ is sufficient enough since not many need cp .They are aiming tourists.
There are some 10+ years old projects within klcc and yks selling cheaper psf but those are like condos without facilities.
Lastest completed in YKS is The mews , selling rm1800 now.
Royce residence , Isola , Star residence selling above rm1800 now .

there is no risk free investment.Just be aware of whats your position and exit plan.

I think Scarletz is still potential because lowest absolute price, awesome facilities , low psf in that area ,if you wana do short term rental can be your best choice in that area with that pricing.
Of course forget it if you planning to keep for ownstay later.

Every projects has pro and cons , i have had enough seeing people complaining about EVRY projects ,
Price very high lar, no mrt lrt larh , very jam lar that area , leasehold lar ,many projects in that area la ..
Why dont these people keep their money in bank then?  sweat.gif

I don't see any positive or pros in this project at all, period.

if I am short sighted, I can live with it.

note: skysuites sell lower or about the same price as this project.
