Due to my hand ichy, I had flash US_AC18V1.0BR_V15.03.05.05_multi_TD01 and I've couldn't connect to my unifi, confirmed that my userid n password is correct and keep getting

Connection Status:
No response from the remote server. Please check whether you can access the Internet using your Modem, if the problem persists, contact your local Internet Service Provider for help.

after download the original firmware and flash, US_AC18V1.0BR_V15.03.3.11_mutli_LAS01 it has the same problem...

any solution?

now sure why from a bad firmware flash to original firmware and it cant connect to unifi...hmm
